Position Overview

At Elite Dental Partners, we provide essential business support services to dental practices facing non-clinical challenges. Our mission is to empower dental teams by delivering exceptional operational assistance.

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our collaborative and motivated team, playing a vital role in delivering non-clinical support to our network of affiliated dental practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Model exemplary behavior and mentor teams to enhance patient experiences.
  • Encourage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Demonstrate a management approach that fosters collaboration, high ethical standards, and effective teamwork.
  • Maintain a focus on optimizing schedules to support dental professionals.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines to sustain office profitability.
  • Facilitate daily team meetings and huddles.
  • Provide continuous feedback, training, and conduct annual performance evaluations for team members.
  • Manage staff scheduling to guarantee adequate coverage and handle time-off requests.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Deliver training and resources to ensure staff are well-versed in business operations and protocols.
  • Analyze monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements.
  • Support daily office functions with an emphasis on employee engagement and revenue cycle management.
  • Address clinical and operational issues promptly and effectively, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
  • Oversee office management tasks, including:
    • Office cleanliness and maintenance
    • Payroll verification and submission
    • Ordering clinical and non-clinical supplies
    • Ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of management experience required.
  • Experience with dental management software, preferably Dentrix.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and privacy regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology, equipment, and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Patient-centered approach.
  • Positive demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Energetic and proactive attitude.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • General office activities as required.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
