KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a manager, you will oversee all operations during your shift. This encompasses managing costs, controlling inventory, handling cash, and fostering customer relationships. You are expected to lead by example and adhere to all policies and procedures consistently.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Team management, administrative tasks, financial oversight, food safety management, scheduling, maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring exceptional customer service, punctuality, transportation arrangements, store hygiene, marketing initiatives, and driving profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

General responsibilities for all team members include:

Operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing food, processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility.

Training

Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

Communication Skills

Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions.
Effective verbal communication with customers and colleagues to process orders efficiently.

Essential Skills

Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
Must be capable of making correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing.
Coordination skills for precise movements.
Proficiency in entering orders using a computer or touchscreen device.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Exposure to

Various weather conditions while performing outdoor tasks.
In-store temperatures may vary from 36 degrees in coolers to over 90 degrees in certain areas.
Potential for sudden temperature changes in work areas.
Exposure to food odors and dust.
Working in confined spaces, including walk-in coolers.
Handling hot surfaces and sharp tools.

SENSORY REQUIREMENTS

Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception and the ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS including, but not limited to:

Standing

Most tasks require standing for extended periods.

Walking

Short distances for brief durations on various surfaces.

Sitting

Administrative tasks are typically completed at a desk or table.

Lifting


Receiving bulk deliveries multiple times a week, requiring the use of a hand truck.

Deliveries may include cases of ingredients weighing up to 50 pounds.

Items are often lifted from the floor to shelves up to 72 inches high.



Carrying

Transporting large cans and trays of pizza dough over short distances.

Trays of pizza dough weigh approximately 12 pounds each.

Pushing

Moving trays on dollies requires minimal force.

Climbing

Occasional navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.

BENDING:
Forward bending is necessary at the pizza assembly station and during ingredient stocking.
CROUCHING/

SQUATTING:
Occasional tasks may require squatting for stocking and cleaning.

REACHING:
Continuous reaching is required for various tasks, including ingredient retrieval and equipment operation.

HAND TASKS
Coordination and dexterity are essential for daily operations.
Use of hands is frequent for various tasks, including food preparation and order processing.

Team members must be capable of handling equipment and supplies effectively.


Driving Specific Job Duties

Delivering products to customers and distributing promotional materials.

Requirements include

A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.

Essential Skills

Ability to navigate using maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.

Physical Demands

CARRYING:
During deliveries, team members must carry products while walking and climbing.

DRIVING:
Delivering pizzas within a designated area, often making multiple deliveries per shift.

WALKING:

Team members must travel between the store and delivery vehicle, as well as to customer locations.


CLIMBING:
Deliveries may require navigating multiple flights of stairs.
