Aurora Ventures is seeking a skilled Customer Advisor to join our team in the field of long-term care insurance. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance to customers on long-term care insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with customers to understand their long-term care insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Assist customers in navigating the insurance claims process and provide tips on how to submit relevant claims.
  • Develop and send informative flyers to customers via email or mail to keep them informed about insurance options and benefits.
  • Handle special customer requests, including recording and forwarding requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using computers and the internet to access and manage customer information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of German language, both written and spoken, to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • High level of customer service and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
