Position Summary:
The Senior Product Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing and upholding product management standards across various product delivery streams. This position collaborates with key stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle to define and implement best practices, foster learning, and promote the adoption of these standards. The individual in this role is instrumental in enhancing product management practices to maximize market impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance product management practices across multiple teams, implementing processes that elevate product management maturity and ensure successful commercialization.
  • Product Readiness: Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage program risks, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to drive accountability and decision-making.

Competencies Required:

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a college degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7 years in product management or a related field. A strong understanding of agile methodologies and proficiency in relevant productivity tools is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:
The targeted compensation for this position ranges from $165,000 to $192,000, complemented by an annual bonus plan and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(K) match, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
