Job DescriptionJoin Park Properties Management Co. in Lynchburg, VA, as an experienced Assistant Community Manager at Grand Vistas, an apartment community seeking a skilled professional to assist in effectively managing the property. In the absence of the Community Manager, this role will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate recording of rents and deposits received.
  • Assist in leasing and resident retention efforts, ensuring a positive customer relations attitude.
  • Perform leasing duties, including showing the community and greeting prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to achieve property objectives and maintain a high-performance work environment.
Requirements:
  • Two years' experience in Residential Property Management or a related field.
  • Associates' Degree or equivalent college-level education preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel) required.
  • Experience with Yardi and LIHTC properties preferred.
