We are seeking an experienced Apartment Community Manager for Grand Vistas, an apartment community in Lynchburg, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the apartment community, achieving property objectives, and overseeing all property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial management of the property, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents
  • Supervising safety and high-quality maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organized tenant files
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including weekend hours on a rotating basis

Requirements:

  • Managerial or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Yardi and LIHTC/Affordable Housing programs preferred
