Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Delta Physician Placement. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outpatient counseling services to patients with a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • LCSW, LMSW, LSAA, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, LAMFT, LCSW, or LADAC, LICSW, LPC licensure.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
