Salary: Up to $78,670.40

Position Overview:
The Clinical Program Manager will oversee both clinical and administrative functions of the designated programs. This role involves providing individual supervision to assigned personnel, reviewing documentation for non-independently licensed staff, and offering coaching and guidance on diagnostic and quality measures. The Clinical Program Manager will also collaborate with other supervisors to facilitate clinical group supervision and participate in quality improvement and operational meetings. Additionally, this position may involve direct patient services, including conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.

Essential Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, particularly in crisis intervention and short-term treatment models utilizing individual, group, and family approaches.
  • Proficiency in assessment methodologies, diagnostic evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and case management practices, including follow-up and closure.
  • Ability to build a therapeutic alliance with clients and their families.
  • Capability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and engage with the public.
  • Skill in assessing and integrating cultural considerations into assessment and treatment processes.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to seek feedback and supervision, engaging in personal reflection and self-correction.
  • Acknowledgment of the impact of personal feelings and cultural values on professional practice.
  • Understanding of ethical principles and state regulations.
  • Adherence to state reporting and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintenance of appropriate boundaries with patients and staff.
  • Assessment for trauma and implementation of trauma-informed practices.
  • Formulation of realistic, patient-centered treatment goals and evaluation of progress toward those goals.
  • Awareness of the developmental needs of the served population.
  • Knowledge of clinical supervision methodologies.
  • Familiarity with program regulations, established agency policies, and applicable government or program contracts.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Current independent license in New Mexico in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
  • Must possess a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance. Background checks, TB screening, and drug testing are required.
