Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual supervision for assigned staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical guidelines.
  • Review documentation for non-independently licensed staff to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other supervisors to facilitate clinical group supervision and ensure seamless communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement and operational meetings to drive continuous improvement.
  • May provide direct patient services, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health-related field.
  • Current New Mexico independent license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
  • Must submit to La Clinica de Familia Inc. required background check, TB screen, and drug testing.
