Job Summary

The Clinical Supervisor is a key member of the La Clinica de Familia Inc. team, responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversight to assigned programs. This role involves conducting individual supervision for staff, reviewing documentation, and providing coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual supervision for assigned staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical guidelines.
  • Review documentation for non-independently licensed staff to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on diagnosis and quality measures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other supervisors to facilitate clinical group supervision and ensure seamless communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement and operational meetings to drive continuous improvement.
  • May provide services to patients, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a behavioral health-related field.
  • Current New Mexico independent license in the field of counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
  • Must submit to La Clinica de Familia Inc. required background check, TB screen, and drug testing.
