Job Title: Bilingual Front Desk Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team at TimeLine Staffing, LLC. This individual will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience while managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, answering and directing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and employees both in-person and over the phone
  • Assist the Plant Manager and HR Manager with administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and other clerical tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Excel spreadsheets for tracking data and reports
  • Handle filing, document organization, and data entry tasks
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Support other departments with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle confidential information
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance are essential
