We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building relationships with prospective and current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and driving sales through face-to-face presentations and effective closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to prospective and current owners, highlighting the benefits of vacation ownership with Wyndham Destinations.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with owners, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing effective closing techniques and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, sales information, and company policies, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • Results-driven and motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
