Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Josh Sherrill Insurance Agency. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and overcome potential obstacles to close sales deals
  • Move sales leads through the pipeline efficiently and consistently add new target buyers
  • Surpass monthly revenue expectations and lead-generating activities
  • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find and follow up with potential customers
  • Create a competitive analysis and position our brand as the clear choice
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven self-starter
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
