About the Position
\Catholic Charities is seeking a skilled Clinical Practice Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in New Haven. This exciting opportunity requires a professional with a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
\Duties and Responsibilities

- Supervise client care specialists and front desk staff.\
- Collaborate with the Project Director, program supervisor, and other key positions to develop and implement process improvements.\
- Work closely with the EMR administrator and billing manager to optimize clinic efficiency.\
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity.\
- Support clinic operational aspects of outpatient change management efforts.\
- Additional duties as assigned.\
Education and Experience
\We are looking for candidates with:

- A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.\
- A degree in business, operational management, or mental health field.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.\
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\
