About the Position

Catholic Charities is seeking a skilled Clinical Practice Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in New Haven. This exciting opportunity requires a professional with a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • \
  • Supervise client care specialists and front desk staff.\
  • Collaborate with the Project Director, program supervisor, and other key positions to develop and implement process improvements.\
  • Work closely with the EMR administrator and billing manager to optimize clinic efficiency.\
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity.\
  • Support clinic operational aspects of outpatient change management efforts.\
  • Additional duties as assigned.\

Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.\
  • A degree in business, operational management, or mental health field.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data.\
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\
