**Job Description:** Center Director of Young Learners

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Catholic Charities is a leading provider of early childhood education services, and we are seeking a dedicated Center Director of Young Learners to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality learning environments.

**Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, screen, and orient staff
  • Develop and maintain an active parent advisory board
  • Coordinate with program consultants
  • Ensure successful transition to kindergarten for all eligible children and families

**Qualifications:** BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, previous experience in supervisory/administrative roles, and ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff.
