Job Summary:

Becker Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Newborn Nursery. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1+ year of experience in neonatal nursing.
  • ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
