Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our team at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. As an advanced practice provider, you will be responsible for the clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants, as well as educational and administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide expert clinical care to neonates and infants in a high-risk setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to provide family-centered care
- Participate in educational programs and workshops to stay current with best practices
- Contribute to research initiatives and quality improvement projects
**Requirements**
- Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, or Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
- Current Florida State Licensure as APRN or PA
- Current BLS and PALS certification (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP)
- Minimum 3 years of Level III or greater NICU experience
