Job Summary:

The Becker Health team is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to newborns in our nursery. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to newborns, addressing their unique needs and medical requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, best practices, and hospital policies to maintain clinical competencies.
  • Supervise and direct assigned personnel, promoting a culture of teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure and ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a neonatal or pediatric setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
