**Managing Director, Client Solutions Leader**

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth at Forsta Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize client value and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the overall relationship with clients to ensure client value is realized
- Develop and execute strategies to drive retention and growth of our solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client value propositions and address client concerns
- Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of client businesses and develop recommendations based on their needs and usage patterns
**Requirements**
- 5-10 years of account management, sales, or consulting experience
- Experience in selling to health plans (payers) and TPAs (Third-party Administrators) is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, business development, and sales
- Demonstrated solid leadership qualities and organizational skills
**What We Offer**
- Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $160,000
- Discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results
