Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall relationship with clients to ensure client value is realized
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to generate net new business
  • Manage the sales pipeline ensuring targets are met
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase our solutions
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years sales experience
  • Experience in selling to health plans (payers) and TPAs (Third-party Administrator) is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening, and presentations skills
  • Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, business development, and sales
  • Demonstrated solid leadership qualities and organizational skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $101,000 to $160,000
  • Discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results
