Key Responsibilities:- Lead the overall relationship with clients to ensure client value is realized
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to generate net new business
- Manage the sales pipeline ensuring targets are met
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase our solutions
- 5-10 years sales experience
- Experience in selling to health plans (payers) and TPAs (Third-party Administrator) is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening, and presentations skills
- Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, business development, and sales
- Demonstrated solid leadership qualities and organizational skills
- Competitive base salary ranging from $101,000 to $160,000
- Discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results
- Competitive benefits package
