Job Summary

The Associate Chief Medical Officer serves as a key member of the Medical Affairs team, responsible for carrying out the responsibilities of the Chief Medical Officer as designated by assignment or on a pro tempore basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory affairs, accreditation, and acquisition and deployment of physician resources via contractual agreements
  • Strategic planning, quality oversight, and initiatives, program development and implementation, and engagement of senior leadership for the achievement of institutional and program goals
Requirements
  • Medical Degree required
  • Active medical licensure or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of New Hampshire; Board Certification in primary area of practice
  • Minimum of seven years of increasing responsibility as a physician leader, institutional experience within a complex healthcare organization, understanding of regulatory compliance, healthcare finance, strategic planning, and institutional process
