Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the Guest Service Team Leader, Hospitality Expert, and General Manager to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop expertise in scooping, waffling, and flavor coaching to enhance the customer experience
  • Participate in store meetings and attend other meetings as needed to stay informed and engaged
  • Contribute to a solution-oriented culture, focusing on positive communication and teamwork
