**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front desk team as a Front Desk Rep. As a Front Desk Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Welcome and assist guests with their stay, including checking in/out, wake-up calls, and handling guest concerns and requests.
  • Take reservation requests and make adjustments to reservations as needed.
  • Work with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
  • Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports.
  • Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.

**Requirements:**

  • HS Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years in a previous customer service position.
  • Basic office skills (i.e. math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.).
