About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless car-buying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers throughout their car-buying journey, from initial contact to final sale.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments to ensure accurate appraisals and customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales paperwork and manage inventory with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn our systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
