Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Luxury Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our Jaguar Land Rover Concierge team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our luxury clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customized, effortless experiences to luxury customers through phone interaction, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build rapport and anticipate customer needs through authentic connection and curiosity, owning the customer experience from start to finish.
- Promptly process and answer/resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or technical questions, utilizing job aids, research, and existing desktop solution tools to ensure service level metrics are achieved.
- Understand and utilize technology, scripts, and product knowledge to provide accurate and efficient solutions to customers.
- Partner with other vendors as necessary for troubleshooting and resolution, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Research and resolve billing or payment issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Log customer contacts into the CRM tool, maintaining accurate historical records and follow-up documentation.
- Utilize additional resources and escalation points to find solutions for basic to intermediate level issues, recommending changes to departmental policies and procedures as needed.
- Attend team and one-on-one meetings, focus groups, and training sessions as scheduled, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- High school diploma required; Associates or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, training, public relations, sales, or marketing.
- Previous experience supporting customers through phone interaction preferred.
- Experience or interest in working with technology is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to think creatively and make decisions to drive customer loyalty.
- Solid computer skills, internet-savvy, and experience using CRM software.
- Competitive pay rate of $17.25 per hour.
