Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at TD Bank Group. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing legendary experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legendary customer service in both teller transactions and platform customer service
  • Sell and cross-sell TD products to new and existing customers
  • Recommend appropriate products and services related to spending and saving
  • Complete teller transactions and service customers with non-complex platform needs
  • Open new deposit accounts and make quality referrals to appropriate partners
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Teller experience preferred
  • Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be concise, clear, and consistent
