Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Konnect Resources, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships
  • Strong technical knowledge of our products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in selling custom engineered solutions
  • Working knowledge of major OEMs
  • Experience selling products such as Flexible Multilayer Laminates, die-cut parts, flexible heaters, flexible cables, active ceramics, structural ceramics
