Job Summary:
KCO Resource Management is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building & maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing tailored ingredient solutions to dairy & spirits manufacturers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dairy & spirits manufacturing industry, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for developing long-lasting business partnerships. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop innovative solutions to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to customers
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the dairy & spirits manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year
