Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Agent, you represent the hotel and serve as the initial point of contact for all guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional. This position is an excellent entry point into the hospitality industry, offering significant potential for career advancement.

Position Specifications:
  • Outlet: Grand Summit Hotel, Silverado & Sundial
  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Expected Pay Range: $22.04 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time
  • Skill Level: Entry, Intermediate
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with customers
  • Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage phone inquiries
  • Address all customer requests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Assist in resolving billing discrepancies

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills
The anticipated pay range is $22.04. This is the expected compensation for this role, with individual decisions based on various factors.
