  4. Tools and Equipment: Proficient use of calculators, personal computers, telecommunication devices, copiers, and fax machines.
  5. Specialized Skills: Strong proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software; solid understanding of accounting principles and practices; ability to compile and analyze financial statements and reports; excellent verbal and written communication skills; capability to lead and manage a team effectively; ability to follow and provide clear verbal and written instructions.
  6. Physical Requirements: Ability to manage various office documents, notebooks, and files daily. Occasional lifting of reports weighing approximately 15-20 pounds may be required. Manual dexterity and visual acuity are necessary for utilizing computers and calculators; ability to sit for extended periods; effective verbal communication and hearing ability to interact with diverse customers. Must meet the attendance requirements of the position.
