Position Summary
We're looking for a passionate and compassionate individual who can provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of our company, helping customers resolve their issues and providing them with peace of mind. If you have a passion for helping others and a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
- Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
- 6 months or more of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers.
- Computer experience and high-speed internet connection.
