Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Check Management: Oversee the processing of accounts payable, including vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

• Cash Collection and Management: Ensure timely collection of cash receipts, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate records.

• Customer Invoicing and Administration: Prepare and send customer invoices, maintain Excel spreadsheets, and perform daily invoicing tasks.

• Payroll Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll, manage Simple IRA, and perform related administrative tasks.

• Credit Card Payments and Customer Credit Applications: Process customer credit card payments and manage customer credit applications.

• Support Sales Order Entry and Audit: Assist in sales order entry, audit, and related tasks.

• End Closing Procedures and Journal Entries: Perform monthly end closing procedures, prepare journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.

• Bank Reconciliations and Analysis: Reconcile bank statements, perform spending analysis, and review pre-paid and accrual accounts.

• Commission Calculations and Reporting: Calculate monthly sales commission expense, prepare commission reports for outside reps, and perform foreign sales commissions calculations.

• Product and Project Cost Analysis: Analyze product and project costs, perform basic forecasting, and manage cash flow.

• Pricing Analysis and Inventory Management: Conduct pricing analysis, supervise monthly inventory counts, and perform variance analysis.

• External Audit and Simple IRA Administration: Assist in external audit preparation, manage Simple IRA calculations, and perform related administrative tasks.

• Bill of Materials System and Financial Statements: Learn and support the bill of materials system, develop monthly financial statements, and finalize monthly accruals and prepaids.

• Cash Forecasting and Project Pricing: Maintain cash forecast, manage project pricing, and prepare annual budget schedules.

• Benefits and Insurance Analysis: Analyze benefits and insurance options, perform tax planning, and manage sales tax payments.

• Investment Strategy and Acquisition Analysis:
