Role Summary:

This position serves as the primary contact for clients at our financial center, identifying personal banking needs for both individual and small business clients. The role involves offering tailored solutions and connecting clients with specialists. Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing client relationships through comprehensive service offerings.
  • Assisting clients with self-service transactions and providing exceptional support.
  • Proactively engaging clients through outreach and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on utilizing self-service technologies for transactions.
  • Utilize available resources and technologies to enhance the client experience and ensure operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of sales experience in a client-focused environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to client interests.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships through effective collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a financial center meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services.
  • Proficient in MS applications and technology platforms.

Minimum Education Requirement:

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
