Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at Aroma360. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product guidance to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Analyze customer complaints, diagnose the cause of the issue, and provide solutions to resolve the problem.
- Provide product guidance to customers, educating them on how to use our products effectively and maximize their potential.
- Document support interactions, maintaining accurate records to help improve the support process.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as development, quality assurance, and product management, to provide feedback on product issues and suggest improvements.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is a plus.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical support questions over the phone, email, and chat.
- Experience working with luxury products is highly preferred.
- Polished professional with an outgoing phone presence.
- Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Retention and escalation skills are a plus.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- CRM experience, Salesforce a plus.
- Impeccable email etiquette.
- Organized and tech-savvy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe.
- $16-$16.50 per hour based on experience.
