As a Travel BCBA at Kyo, LLC, you will be responsible for managing client programs and supervising staff implementation of ABA services.
You will conduct observations and assessments in various settings, developing individualized treatment plans for clients primarily via telehealth.
Key responsibilities include:

- Communicating frequently with families, teachers, and staff about client needs and progress

As a Travel BCBA, you will oversee Behavior Therapist mentorship groups, deliver quarterly performance reviews, and provide individualized mentorship to mentees.

To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Have a MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Be available Monday-Friday 8am-7pm
- Be located in Georgia
- Be willing and able to travel to assigned local region(s) to provide in-person services two days per month
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have outstanding operational skills
