About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Dinjob. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Property Manager with the management of our properties, including marketing, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Screen prospective residents and conduct tours of our properties.
  • Collect rents, serve notices, and prepare agreements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports and records related to property operations.
  • Support the leasing agent in leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience.
  • One (1) year of previous leasing experience.
  • Previous experience with property management software, such as Entrata.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and high energy.
  • Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
