About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at HUB International. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to department members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to department members, including data entry, filing, and mail preparation
  • Assist sales executives and account managers with tasks as assigned, including processing client service requests, cancellations, and placing new business
  • Quote new and renewal business, prepare proposals for presentation, and assist in maintaining accurate records
  • Review monthly renewals in advance, prepare and maintain relevant reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • At least 2 years of office/administrative experience; insurance experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, with ability to learn new systems and technologies
