  • Perform side duties during quieter periods.

  • Deliver the highest level of service consistent with our operational standards.
  • Identify and promptly deliver food orders to tables.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistently.
  • Collaborate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a professional relationship with all team members.
  • Adhere to checklists and standard operating procedures.
  • Keep the work area safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menus, recipes, and relevant information.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of food, beverages, and related services.
  • Ensure guests have a memorable and positive experience.
  • Uphold sanitation, organization, and proper food handling practices.
  • Report to work in the designated uniform at the scheduled time.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager or Banquet Captain.
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in a similar facility or industry is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding of catering services and terminology.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Capability to follow instructions promptly.
Additional Requirements:

TABC certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules. Some travel may be necessary.
