Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Server Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of ITIL and LEAN operating models, as well as experience with TCP/IP, routing principles, firewall rules, DNS, and troubleshooting packet loss/latency.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of Active Directory, SRV Records, Windows Authentication Process, and MS Vital Signs, System Performance Counters (CPU/Mem Utilization). Additionally, experience with PowerShell and executing commands remotely against one or more servers is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing server event logs, memory dumps, and analyzing for root cause. Experience supporting HP Hardware, Driver/Firmware Updates, Diagnostics, and MS Windows 2008 – 2019 in a 1,000+ server environment is also required.
