Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the sale and distribution of fresh agricultural products through the Fresh Moves Mobile Market and UGC Farmstand
  • Engage with clientele and deliver outstanding customer support
  • Collaborate with partner organizations and implement outreach initiatives
  • Oversee and maintain the quality of fresh produce
  • Operate transportation to various locations and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Uphold the professional image of UGC at all times
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • Experience in working with diverse populations and addressing issues of inequality
  • Strong customer service abilities and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with produce management and Point of Sale systems
  • Ability to adhere to cash-handling procedures
  • Commitment to social equity and community empowerment
Compensation: $20-22/hr, part-time schedule
