Account Services Representative II

Join American Heritage Credit Union as an Account Services Representative II and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of member accounts, answering questions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch service to members via phone, email, and HelpDesk tickets.
- Conduct quality control audits of IRA accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist members and colleagues with product and service inquiries, including IRA, CD, and fiduciary accounts.
- Train and support Account Services Representative I team members.
- Maintain contact with branches and departments to resolve account discrepancies.
- Process PA Department of Treasury, SSA, and NTIS Decedent files according to department procedures.
- Review and complete annual IRA required minimum distribution (RMD) reviews.
- Perform daily account accuracy checks and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist management with departmental SOP procedure reviews and project implementations.
- Complete inheritance tax filings and escheatment processes according to state regulations.
- At least two years of experience in a credit union or financial institution.
- Knowledge of IRA's, BSA, fraud, loss prevention, decedent accounts, and additional software.
- Intermediate mathematical skills required.
- Four-year high school education.
- Full-Time position
- Must be available to work rotating evening and Saturday hours.
