Midas Hospitality is in search of a Front Office Manager to oversee our operations at the Element hotel. This role will lead front desk personnel and manage all facets of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient and professional operation of the front desk.
  • Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out processes for all guests by managing guest accounts effectively.
  • Organize and conduct regular staff meetings.
  • Continuously review desk operations for accuracy and consistency, providing coaching and guidance to staff as needed.
  • Manage shift coverage during staff shortages or absences, including overseeing night audit shifts.
  • Establish weekly work schedules.
  • Guarantee that all areas of the Front Desk and Lobby comply with BSA regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a front desk agent.
  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
