Experience in managing High-Rise / Multi-Site Class A+ properties is preferred.

Responsibilities:
The duties of a Real Estate Operations Manager include:

Overseeing the financial performance of the property by managing rents, occupancy rates, and expenditures.

Supervising resident retention, renewal, and leasing initiatives to ensure optimal occupancy levels.

Managing resident relations, which encompasses addressing resident inquiries, requests, and concerns.

Ensuring adherence to Willow Bridge Property Company policies, as well as federal and local regulations.

Effectively managing, training, and mentoring onsite staff.

Overseeing daily leasing documentation and ensuring the proper completion of service requests.


Analyzing monthly performance metrics and budget forecasts, collaborating with the Regional Property Manager to develop annual asset business plans.

Reviewing and approving all leasing documentation

Conducting audits to ensure compliance with lease file policies consistently.

Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The qualifications for a Real Estate Operations Manager include:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in onsite property management, with knowledge of leasing and bookkeeping.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Familiarity with property management and accounting software; experience with Yardi is advantageous.

Ability to analyze, comprehend, and report on financial data.

A solid understanding of marketing strategies and budgeting processes.

Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in an organized manner.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.

Ability to conduct property tours with clients, which may involve walking the premises and climbing stairs.

This position may require a valid driver's license.


The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing High-Rise / Multi-Site Class A+ properties.
