About the Role

As a New Real Estate Agent with Windermere Real Estate, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes client satisfaction and community involvement. Our innovative approach to real estate ensures that our agents have the tools and support needed to succeed in this exciting field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established protocols for working with buyers and sellers
  • Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the best price and terms
  • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
  • Attend classes, accountability groups, and coaching sessions
  • Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to our structured training program
  • Comply with program expectations to grow and launch your business
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school
  • Previous professional work experience
  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to attend in-person and online meetings and classes
  • Pleasant, friendly, and trustworthy
  • Computer savvy
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must be 18+
