Job Title: Regional Finance Business Partner

Orora Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and effective inventory management and receiving practices.
  • Comply with Company Policies and Procedures, as well as GAAP, and oversee the Internal Control Environment (ICE) for the Region.
  • Lead process improvement efforts in billing and inventory management in the region.
  • Review spending practices in all expense areas to ensure best possible practices are being followed.
  • Develop and maintain systems to accurately track recurring expenses and identify extraordinary cost fluctuations.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the Division Manager on labor and other costs.
  • Obtain, track, and review operational and sales figures from other distribution divisions to provide data to the Division Manager.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to work with multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of modern Accounting and Finance principles, methods, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven successful implementation of Accounting and Finance programs.
  • Experience with SAP and the packaging/distribution/manufacturing industry.
