Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neighborhood Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outreach and engagement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with local communities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and promote our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community outreach and engagement strategies to promote our healthcare services and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and businesses to promote our services and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Conduct outreach and engagement activities in local communities, including presentations, workshops, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of local communities, and use this knowledge to inform our outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to ensure that our outreach and engagement efforts are aligned with our overall business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement activities, including metrics and outcomes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our outreach and engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
  • 3+ years of experience in community outreach, engagement, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
