HR Generalist

At Cynergy Rehab Group/Arkids Pediatric Day Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations.
• Administer and maintain employee records, including performance management, training, and development programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee communications, including company-wide announcements, meetings, and training sessions.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• SHRM certification or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
