We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at AdventHealth Orlando. As a key member of our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill neonates, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Neonatology or a related field
- Valid Florida APRN license with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
- 1-2 years of experience in the NICU as an RN or Neonatal APRN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
