Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Orlando

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic and energetic Neonatal APRN to work in our 102 single room NICU at AdventHealth Orlando.
Job Summary:We are seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant to join our Neonatal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be able to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients, perform procedures, develop treatment plans, order and interpret labs, x-rays and other diagnostic studies per specialty guidelines and under the guidance of the Neonatologist
- Communicate with parents, other specialists and among NICU team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in the NICU
- Collaborate with the Neonatologist and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients in the NICU
- Masters Degree in Nursing with Neonatology focus, or Masters Degree in physician assistant studies with a focus in Neonatology
- Must hold a valid Florida APRN License with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or Physician Assistant license (Or ability to obtain a Florida License)
- Certification through NCC (or eligible)
- NRP certification
- 1-2 years of experience in the NICU as an RN (highly preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in the NICU as a Neonatal APRN or Neonatal PA-C (preferred but not required)
