Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at AdventHealth Orlando. As a key member of our NICU team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our Neonatologists
  • Perform procedures and order diagnostic studies as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents, other specialists, and the NICU team
  • Work a combination of day, night, and weekend shifts
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on Neonatology or a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies with a focus in Neonatology
  • Valid Florida APRN License with Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or Physician Assistant license
  • Certification through NCC (or eligible)
  • NRP certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in the NICU as an RN (highly preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in the NICU as a Neonatal APRN or Neonatal PA-C (preferred but not required)
